Below, we present our booking conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for both our clients and our team. By making a reservation at Peregrino Massage, you accept and agree to comply with the following conditions:
1. Booking Process
- Online Reservations
All reservations can be made through our website. Once the reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. - Phone Reservations
If you prefer to make a reservation by phone, our customer service team is available to assist you. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email.
We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date and time.
2. Reservation Modification
You can modify your reservation with a minimum of 6 (six) hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability. Changes must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
In case of repeated modifications or last-minute changes, Peregrino Massage reserves the right to apply additional charges or limit future reservations.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation without charges
Cancellations made at least 6 (six) hours before the session will incur no cost.
Cancellation with charges
If you cancel your reservation between 5 (five) and 1 (one) hour before the session, a charge of 50% (fifty) of the total reservation cost will be applied.
In the event of cancellation 1 (one) hour before or failure to attend the appointment without prior notice, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
4. Payment Policy
Online Payment
To confirm the reservation, payment of 100% of the total cost is required, which can be made through our secure payment gateway.
Payment at the center
For phone or WhatsApp reservations, the total amount must be paid on the day of the appointment before the session begins, either in cash, or by credit or debit card.
5. Punctuality
We recommend arriving at the center at least 5 (five) minutes before your session to ensure that you can enjoy the full duration of your service.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to offer the full service whenever possible. However, if other clients are booked immediately after your session, we may need to shorten the duration of your treatment without a reduction in price.
6. Health and Wellness Requirements
By booking a treatment, you confirm that you are in good health to receive the service. If you have any medical condition that may affect the session, please inform us when making the reservation.
At Peregrino Massage, we follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure your well-being. If you exhibit symptoms of any contagious illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
7. Age Policy
Access to our spa is not permitted for minors under 16 years old. Our treatments are designed for adults; however, we offer treatments for those aged between 16 and 18 years, with parental or legal guardian consent.
8. Pregnancy
We offer specialized maternity treatments. Please inform our massage therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to customize your experience.
Please note that treatments cannot be performed during the first three months of pregnancy. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of both the mother and the baby.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
Peregrino Massage guarantees the protection of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. The information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of managing your session and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
